W3IT Design Process
Our design process is setup to make the development of your website as easy and pain free for you as possible. We have six general meetings to faclilitate the creation of your online profile.
Meet and Greet
During our first meeting, it is our goal to introduce the potential client to our design process. We will discuss the clients needs and what they desire in terms of graphic design and essentially provide the client with an opportunity to interview us. This is our way of helping the client decide if they want to utilize our services and continue with the design process. If we are unable to assist the client we will help direct them to someone who can.
Preliminary Meeting
This is the initial meeting to showcase the capabilities of W3IT’s web development team, as well as determine which overall direction the website will head towards.
Tear Down Meeting
This meeting is the first and only major changes meeting that is held for website design modification changes. Everythis can be changed (except for adding additional functionality) during this meeting without incurring additional cost on the part of the customer.
Small Changes Meetings
This meeting is for making small changes to the website. Definition of Small Changes: changes to anything that is not the website layout, custom artwork, site functionality, or adding addional site functionality. Any changes made that are not considered “small” changes will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Delivery of Site and Manual
This is the final meeting where the site will be reviewed for any small changes that still need to be made, as well as the delivery of the website manual to the client and final customer invoicing.
